Accounts Receivable Manager

Doral based produce distribution company seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individual as our Accounts Receivable Manager overseeing all operations as they relate to collection of outstanding invoices.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage and review, all Accounts Receivable related items

- Ensure adequate controls are in place for Accounts Receivable

- Assist with making deposits and creating batches

- Assist Accounts Receivable Clerks with posting to customer’s ledgers

- Monitor and maintain Excel logs.

- Work directly with Manager and Controller

Compensation:

- Compensation based on experience ($50k-$60k)

Requirements:

- Proficient in Excel and Word.

- Well organized and ability to manage time well.

- Good mathematical and analytical skills.

- Some accounting knowledge.

- Bilingual – English and Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
